1. Boil water
2. Add 1 tsp | 1g of herbs to your cup (240ml) or infuser
3. Pour hot water over herbs
4. Steep for 7-10 minutes
5. Strain or remove infuser and Enjoy!
*Optionally sweeten with raw honey or add lemon
