Our Remedy:
This gel serum is our lightest weight moisturiser yet provides skin with an intense boost of hydration due to the two molecular weight forms of hyaluronic acid which hold 1000x their weight in water. The hyaluronic acid is suspended in soothing aloe which thanks to its richness in polysaccharides, retains water in the deeper layers of the skin, acting as a water-binding agent, restoring your skin’s natural moisture. This keeps skin hydrated for longer and makes it look fresh and healthy. Aloe Vera extract also stimulates collagen and improves skin elasticity, making it smoother.
Hydrate is also infused with Kakadu plum to increase your skin's vitamin C intake and protect your skin from damaging free radicals. Organic sulphur is used to increase collagen production resulting in smooth, radiant skin. Finally, wild Greek oregano from one of the world's blue zones and magnolia oil provide anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which assist in reducing puffiness.
This multipurpose product hydrates and calms skin. It can be used on its own for any skin type, especially oily or ultra sensitives skin, those who require a simple routine or it can be layered under our other remedies when skin needs more nourishment (steps 4, 5 and/or 6).

ένυδρον — Ancient Greece + Mythology
This serum is named for its key benefit - hydration / ένυδρον.
It contains Aloe Vera, used for millenia and called ‘the plant of immortality’ due to its healing properties. The ancient Greeks and Romans used it to treat all sorts of aliments including healing wounds of soldiers injured in combat. The acknowledgement of Aloe Vera’s healing properties was documented by the famous Greek physician Dioscorides in his medical encyclopedia named De Materia Medica (“On Medical Material”). Dioscorides medical uses for Aloe Vera included treatment for boils, soothing dry itchy skin, tonsils, gum and throat irritations, bruising, and to stop bleeding.
Hydrate also includes oregano from Ikaria, one of the worlds blue zones, which according to Greek mythology, the vibrant scent of oregano was created by Aphrodite - the goddess of beauty - as a symbol of happiness.

How to Use
Apply 1-2 pumps to the face and neck morning and/or night, allowing 30 seconds to absorb.
For oily skin can be used alone as a moisturiser. For dryer skin, apply under any Nefysi moisturiser as a hydrating serum.
