Simply shampoo with our grow bar and towel dry your hair. Place a small amount of GROW Masque in the palm of your hands, work through from ends to scalp and massage well. Rinse after 10 minutes. You can even leave-in as a treatment overnight for very thirsty or tangled hair.

If you have curly, course or damaged hair and you wash it more than once a week, in between weekly treatments, apply a small amount to ends only after shampooing, leave for a few minutes and then rinse.
