Currency Used

The nominated currency on www.nefysi.com used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).

All prices displayed will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses will be subject to Australian GST.

The rate of Australian GST is 10%.

When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST.

Credit Card Information

All credit card information collected by Nefysi for the purpose of payment of orders purchased on our website will be stored securely. The credit card details will be masked on your account and will not be visible to any Nefysi Customer Service staff.

Promotional Codes

We may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to any or certain purchases made through the Nefysi website. Promotional codes are valid for a specific time period and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, including automated discounts at the shopping cart. If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, which you later exchange or return, and the price has returned to normal, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid. Any further conditions for using the promotional codes will be specified at the time. Promotional codes have a limit of one use per customer and can only be redeemed online during the dates specified.

Nefysi reserves the right to refuse any order that it reasonably considers is for commercial use or sale or where a product is not in stock. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure that the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect or we are out of stock and we can’t agree on how to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged to your credit card.
